Last updated: November 2026 — replace this placeholder policy with one reviewed for your business before going live.
The Wooded Hill LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates thwwoodedhill.shop. This page explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you submit the "Request a Quote" form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number (if given), project type, and message. We do not collect this information through any other means on the site.
Form submissions are stored in a private database on our hosting provider and, where enabled, forwarded to our studio email address. We keep this information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records.
This site does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If that changes — for example, if analytics are added later — this section should be updated to describe what is collected and why.
You can ask us to delete any information you've submitted by emailing info@thwwoodedhill.shop. We will remove it from our records except where we're required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Questions about this policy can be sent to info@thwwoodedhill.shop or by mail to our studio in Long Island City, Queens, NY.
